Isonapse Agent Hook Public Beta EULA
The short, plain-language version. The canonical Isonapse Agent Hook Public Beta EULA ships with every beta installation as LICENSE.md; where the two differ, the installed EULA wins.
- It's a beta. The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Behaviour, commands, and formats can change between releases while we learn from the beta.
- Free — for evaluation. The Agent Hook public beta is free of charge under the Isonapse Agent Hook Public Beta EULA, for personal testing, research, and internal, non-production evaluation. Production and commercial use are not covered by the beta license — if that's what you need, write to us. The binaries are not open source, and redistribution isn't permitted.
- The editions. The self-hosted Community Edition, when it ships, will be free under its own license, published with its beta. Enterprise Edition will be the commercial product.
- No telemetry. The product uploads no user content or telemetry: no usage data or crash reports. Model provisioning does make disclosed download requests: when needed,
hook initautomatically fetches the required 90.9 MB (86.7 MiB) embedding model from Hugging Face, and the separate user-startedintel downloadfetches the 1.877 GB (1.748 GiB) optional model set. From an empty model directory the maximum is 1.968 GB (1.833 GiB). Separately, an opt-in start-time check reads GitHub release metadata only;notify_on_updatedefaults off, and the check sends no user content. See privacy for the full statement. - A safety layer, not a guarantee. Isonapse adds strong, verifiable guardrails around AI agents. No guardrail makes a powerful agent risk-free — keep backups, review what you promote to enforcement, and report anything surprising.
